The Mission

My name is Kellyn Kolber, and I am passionate about spreading social media awareness. I have grown up with social media, so I know what a great tool it can be, but I have also seen the extensive damage that it causes. Thus, my articles are not only based upon extensive research, but personal experience. My goal is to not only educate parents on the ways that social media can be used effectively, but also the best ways to protect a child. Those who subscribe will receive my monthly newsletter. This will contain a research-backed article pertaining to an aspect of social media. Examples might be “What is the Right Age To Let Your Child Get Social Media?” or “How to set up a secure TikTok Account For My Child.” In each newsletter, I will also include a mini article about parent-child bonding activities that do not involve screens!
